Meals a Day for Weight Loss. You’ve probably heard the advice that eating small meals throughout the day is how you win the battle of the bulge. The claim is that frequent snacking, as long as it’s healthy, keeps your metabolism humming, staves off hunger, and controls blood sugar. The end result: You eat less. Except it may not work that way. A study from the University of Ottawa found that on a low- calorie diet, there was no weight loss advantage to splitting calories among six meals rather than three. A second study found that switching from three daily meals to six did not boost calorie- burning or fat loss. In fact, the researchers concluded, eating six meals a day actually made people want to eat more. And a research review reached no conclusions about whether meal frequency helps or hurts with weight loss. So if the number of meals you eat doesn’t make a difference with weight loss, what does? Calories, says Kristin Kirkpatrick, RD, a wellness manager at the Cleveland Clinic. Your best bet is to cut your daily calories, regardless of how often you nosh. If you want to eat more often, you can, as long as you keep your calories in check. The Upside of More Than 3 Meals a Day. While eating many meals may not rev up your metabolism or make you burn fat, experts say it could help you in other ways. The longer you wait between meals, the hungrier you get, and then you’re more likely to overeat.“After about 3 hours without food, blood sugar begins to fall. And after 4 hours, your body has already digested whatever you sent down earlier,” says Cleveland dietitian Amy Jamieson- Petonic, RD. After 7- 8 hours of sleep without food, you need energy to get moving, Jamieson- Petonic says. Continued. People who regularly eat breakfast tend to weigh less than those who skip their morning meal. They also get more nutrients like vitamins D, B1. A. They may even be more likely to resist food cravings and make better food choices, especially when protein is part of the meal. If you start off your day with breakfast, and then continue eating every 3 to 4 hours, you’ll provide your body and brain with a steady stream of nutrients so you don’t go overboard at mealtime. How to Snack the Right Way. If you’re going to go the mini- meals route, your biggest danger is eating too much.“As long as you choose good foods and keep portion sizes in check, frequent grazing can help you lose weight and keep cravings at bay,” Jamieson- Petonic says. The simplest strategy is mixing portion control with protein and fiber to fill you up. Plan nutrient- dense snacks like these: Fresh fruit with low- fat cheese Raw veggies with 1/4 cup hummus or tzatziki sauce for dipping. Whole- grain crackers with 1 ounce of low- fat cheese or one tablespoon of nut butter. Greek yogurt with fresh berries. Whether you’re grazing throughout the day or having the standard three meals, getting the most nutrient bang for your calorie buck is key. So avoid “junk” foods that are easy to overeat (processed foods, refined carbs, sugary drinks). Instead, fuel up on protein and high- fiber carbohydrates. Both fill you up without weighing you down, Kirkpatrick says. If you have trouble controlling portion sizes, or you don’t have time to prep healthy snacks, you may be better off with the old three- meal- a- day plan. What Matters More. The number of meals you eat doesn’t matter as much as what you eat, Kirkpatrick says. Fill your plate with plenty of fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and lean sources of protein. Quality, calories, and portion sizes ultimately make the difference. Sources. SOURCES: Amy Jamieson- Petonic, RD, LD, MEd, CSSD, director of wellness coaching, Cleveland Clinic. This Wireless Wall Device Will Literally Monitor Your Every Step. For years, we’ve been told that strapping a fitness tracker to your wrist is a great way to track your physical activity and fitness level. But researchers at MIT’s Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory have come up with a non- invasive, non- wearable way to do the same thing—and more accurately—using invisible wireless signals. Fitness trackers aren’t what they used to be. The fad gadget you strap to your wrist has seen a. This is a complete 12 week program to help you get ripped. Feature includes detailed diet plan and cardio schedule, along with a 4 day upper/lower muscle building split. Genetics & Drugs. Ok, now let's talk the genetics and drug thing. Some individuals have what might be deemed as perfect genetics and fast metabolisms. It blasts a low- power wireless signal, which emits about one- hundredth the amount of electromagnetic radiation as a smartphone does, and analyzes how that signal bounces off a person’s body as they walk by to determine their speed. A wearable fitness tracker can only crudely estimate the speed someone is walking by counting their steps, and fancier wearables with built- in GPS don’t work indoors, where satellite signals are blocked. Using wireless signals, the MIT researchers claim that Wi. Gait can measure a person’s speed and stride length accurately at least 8. It can also keep tabs on multiple people all at the same time. Details of the team’s new device can be found in an accompanying paper. Recently, there’s been more credence given to the idea that how a person walks can be used as a solid indicator of their health.
And conditions like Parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis, and even Alzheimer’s often result in symptoms that impair how a patient walks. The Wi. Gait sensors could be installed in individual houses, long- term care facilities, even nursing homes, and used to monitor how elderly patients are moving about, and how that’s changed over time, revealing how far a condition has progressed. But it could also reveal when a patient’s symptoms have improved, thanks to changes in medication, or a new physical therapy routine. Wi. Gait doesn’t require wearables that have to be charged every night, or synced to a mobile device. It’s also unobtrusive—in theory, you could just stick one of these bad boys on your wall and forget it’s there, quietly monitoring your every move. Would it replace the fitness tracker you wear outdoors for a long run? But there are few places left on Earth that aren’t blanketed by cellphone and other wireless signals, which, perhaps, will one day be co- opted into a giant version of Wi. Gate that keeps tabs on everyone in a given area. On second thought, maybe this isn’t such a great idea after all. Iron for Vegetarians. This is a guest post by Matt Ruscigno, who writes the blog True Love Health. The dangers of a macrobiotic diet and how it can lead to extreme Vitamin D deficiency and thinning of the bones. Proper diet for individuals with bowel diseases such as leaky gut syndrome, Candida, celiac, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease and diverticulosis. You may not go vegetarian in fear of not being able to consume enough protein, but here are only 5 foods for a high protein vegetarian diet. Vitamins Definition Vitamins are organic components in food that are needed in very small amounts for growth and for maintaining good health. The vitamins include. True or False: The iron that our bodies require is the same element found in a cast- iron skillet. This is a real true or false question on my college exam, and it fools a surprising number of my students. Iron is greatly misunderstood as a nutrient, especially when it comes to vegetarian and vegan diets. The mineral is found all over the earth and is essential to red blood cells transporting oxygen and nutrients to every cell in our body, connecting us directly to the land we live on. Caesar Salad. Some foods that we think are healthy can be sneaky little diet wreckers. Take Caesar salad, for example. You might think that because it's a salad, it's.Pretty amazing, right? But iron deficiency is the most common nutrient deficiency in North America, with symptoms including fatigue, pale skin, weakness and inability to maintain body temperature. And as vegetarians and vegans, it’s worth paying special attention to make sure we’re getting enough. So how much iron do we actually need? Recently in the U. S., the Dietary Reference Intakes (DRI) gave new recommendations for iron, specifically for vegetarians, that are 1. As my colleague Jack Norris points out, this increase is not based on actual research on vegetarians, but simply because the iron in plant foods is not as easily absorbed as the iron in animal products (more on this in just a minute). As a result, many experts in vegetarian nutrition believe that these recommendations are much higher than needed. My take on it: if you eat a varied, healthy plant- based diet that includes a balance of grains, legumes, nuts and seeds, and fruits and vegetables — and follow the recommendations below — I don’t believe it is necessary to keep close track of iron intake. Iron from plants vs. It is true that heme iron (the kind from animals) is better absorbed than non- heme iron. Vegetarians and vegans may have lower iron stores than omnivores. But don’t fret your vegetarian brain over these issues. We’ll see that in fact it’s not all that difficult to get the iron you need on a plant- based diet. As for #2, it’s important to note that while vegetarians have lower stores of iron than omnivores, they do not have higher rates of anemia. In the research, many vegetarians’ stores are “low- normal,” but this does not mean less than ideal! Actually, there’s some evidence that says low- normal iron stores are beneficial: improved insulin function and lower rates of heart disease and cancer. How to get enough iron on a plant- based diet. You can start by making sure that you’re eating foods that contain substantial amounts of iron. Some of the best plant sources of iron include: Legumes: lentils, soybeans, tofu, tempeh, lima beans. Grains: quinoa, fortified cereals, brown rice, oatmeal. Nuts and seeds: pumpkin, squash, pine, pistacio, sunflower, cashews, unhulled sesame. Vegetables: tomato sauce, swiss chard, collard greens,Other: blackstrap molasses, prune juice. But here’s the key: It’s not how much iron you consume, but how well you absorb it. So paying attention to make sure you’re absorbing your iron is just as important as making sure you’re taking in enough. And fortunately there is a lot you can do to increase the absorption of non- heme iron! The less you eat, the better it is absorbed. Seriously! I know people who take one 1. When consuming higher amounts of iron at one time, the percentage that our bodies absorb is actually lower than when your meal contains only a few milligrams. Plant- based foods may contain less iron than animal foods, but eating smaller amounts throughout the day is a great way to increase absorption. Eat non- heme iron foods with vitamin C foods, and absorption can increase as much as five times. Five times! Culturally these combinations are already happening: think beans and rice with salsa, falafel with tomatoes and hummus with lemon juice. The iron in beans, grains and seeds is better absorbed when combined with the vitamin- C found in fruits and vegetables. Bonus: some iron sources, like leafy greens, broccoli, and tomato sauce already contain vitamin- C. Avoid coffee and tea when eating high- iron meals. Coffee (even decaf!) and tea contain tannins that inhibit iron absorption. I recommend avoiding them an hour before or two hours after your meal. Cast- iron skillets increase iron absorption. The answer to the true or false question is true! Cooking with an old school cast- iron skillet increases the iron in your meal — especially when you cook a vitamin- C containing food in it. Even better, a cast- iron skillet purchase puts you in the realm of official serious cook. I bought mine almost 1. It pains me to say this, but you may want to avoid spinach as an iron source. Spinach contains oxalates that block absorption. Sucks, right? There is some disagreement in the research about this, but with all of those other iron- containing plant foods, why not try some new ones? And for the record, even if you take an iron supplement, you should still follow the advice above. I recommend that if my clients take one, they break it in half and take half in the morning and half at night, always with meals or juice. Iron doesn’t have to be a problem in a plant- based diet. Follow these principles, eating good sources of iron throughout the day and keeping up with the absorption principles above, and you’ll find that it’s not hard to get enough iron in your diet, even as a vegetarian or vegan. All of that said, iron is one of the few nutrients where a deficiency both immediately affects your health and is detectable, so if you have any iron- deficiency symptoms I recommend getting blood work with your doctor. It is affordable, reliable and easy to interpret. And iron levels bounce back quickly when using the methods above or supplementation. I’ll leave you with a fun fact about iron in plant- based diets (well, fun to a food nerd at least): Some research shows that vegans have higher iron levels than vegetarians. How? The difference between vegetarians and vegans is eggs and dairy products, and the latter contain almost no iron. When someone goes from vegetarian to vegan they are replacing dairy products with plant- based ones, all of which contain some iron, therefore increasing the total iron in the diet. With this information and a little effort you can get all of the iron you need from plants to be a healthy and strong vegetarian! Matthew Ruscigno, MPH, RD is a vegan of 1. Chair of the Vegetarian Nutrition Group of the American Dietetic Association and is an athlete that has completed iron- distance triathlons, solo 2. He writes at True Love Health and recently launched his Day in the Life of Vegan Athletes video series. Reasons Why Nearly Everyone (Even Vegetarians) Should Eat Gelatin. Antonio Mu. You can learn more about Laura by checking out her blog or visiting her on Facebook. There are so many amazing benefits that can come from eating gelatin, including improvements in digestive, skin, and mental health. Plus, gelatin can be used to make a yummy, all- natural dessert that’s actually good for us. So why aren’t we eating more of it? Traditional diets are typically much higher in gelatin than our modern diets, because these cultures wisely practiced nose- to- tail eating and consumed parts of the animal that are high in gelatin, such as skin, tendons, and other gelatinous cuts of meat. We’ve lost the practice of whole- animal eating, and vegetarians typically don’t eat many (or any!) animal products. This means that we’re eating a lot less gelatin than our ancestors, if any at all. The following five reasons will explain why nearly everyone – even vegetarians – should be eating gelatin on a regular basis! Whether you eat meat or not, you’ll want to make sure you’re getting some gelatin in your diet. Here’s why! 1. Gelatin balances out your meat intake. Muscle meats and eggs are high in methionine, an amino acid that raises homocysteine levels in the blood and increases our need for homocysteine- neutralizing nutrients like vitamins B6, B1. We don’t want high homocysteine in our blood because homocysteine is a significant risk factor for serious diseases like heart disease, stroke, mental illness, and fractures. For more information, check out Denise Minger’s awesome presentation, where she discusses this very issue. Gelatin heals your gut. Gelatin can also improve gut integrity and digestive strength by enhancing gastric acid secretion and restoring a healthy mucosal lining in the stomach; low stomach acid and an impaired gut barrier are two common digestive problems in our modern society. Gelatin also absorbs water and helps keep fluid in the digestive tract, promoting good intestinal transit and healthy bowel movements. Gelatin- rich soups and broths are also one of the key components of the GAPS diet, which has been designed to heal the gut and promote healthy digestion. And healthy intestinal cells prevent leaky gut, which is often at the root of many food intolerances, allergies, inflammatory conditions, and autoimmune diseases. Gelatin makes your skin healthy and beautiful. Gelatin is a known promotor of skin health. Gelatin provides glycine and proline, two amino acids that are used in the production of collagen. Collagen is one of the primary structural elements of skin, so providing the building blocks for this important protein can ensure that your body is able to create enough of it. A diet rich in gelatin may also protect against the aging effects of sunlight, preventing wrinkles in the future. So if you eat gelatin, you’ll feel less guilty about getting regular, unprotected sun exposure to boost your vitamin D, because your skin will be more resilient to damage! Gelatin protects your joints. Body builders have been using gelatin for decades to help improve joint health and reduce inflammation. And research shows that athletes who took a hydrolyzed collagen supplement experienced less pain in their joints, which could help improve performance for athletes and competitive fitness buffs. If you exercise a lot, eating gelatin can help keep your joints healthy and pain- free. Also, if you have inflammatory joint or bone diseases like arthritis or osteoporosis, getting adequate gelatin can potentially help you manage inflammation and pain in your joints, and build stronger bones. Gelatin helps you sleep. Glycine from gelatin has been found to help with sleep. One study found that 3 grams of glycine given to subjects before bedtime produced measurable improvements in sleep quality. Many of my clients swear by gelatin as an effective sleep aid without bothersome side effects, in contrast to medications and even natural sleep aids like melatonin, which can sometimes cause grogginess. Glycine is also an inhibitory neurotransmitter, which can decrease anxiety and promote mental calmness. This is because glycine antagonizes norepinephrine, a stress hormone which causes feelings of anxiety and panic. Gelatin can thus help keep you calm and sleeping through the night. How to Eat More Gelatin. The traditional way to get gelatin is from skin, gelatinous meats, and bone broths. Those who eat a Paleo or ancestral diet can easily include these foods, but vegetarians will find it difficult to get gelatin from a largely plant- based diet. Gelatin is only found in animal foods that come from the body of the animal itself. For vegetarians (and even omnivores!) I recommend getting a high- quality gelatin powder to add to food or to create yummy, healthy gelatinous desserts. Gelatin is somewhat more environmentally- friendly than lean meat because it uses parts of the animal that might not be used otherwise. And it’s much easier to digest than normal muscle meat, making it a good gateway food for vegetarians branching out into a more ancestral diet. It’s available in both hydrolyzed and whole form; each type has its own health benefits. Hydrolyzed means the protein is broken into individual amino acids, making them easier to absorb. Use this type to improve skin and joint health or get better sleep. Hydrolyzed gelatin can be mixed into any type of liquid, including cold liquids, so it can be added to cold smoothies or juices easily. It also is great as a real food protein powder. Whole protein gelatin is better for improving gut health. It helps carry fluid through the intestines, and can even coat the lining of the digestive tract as a soothing and protective layer. This is the type used to make gummies or jello snacks, and must be mixed into warm liquids. Fish gelatin is available for those who prefer not to consume land animals. One population who may need to be careful about consuming gelatin or gelatin powders are those with histamine intolerance; some people report a histamine reaction to these foods and thus gelatin may not be appropriate for those with severe intolerances. Figure 1. Normal inner ear. What is Meniere’s Disease ? In 1. 86. 1, the French physician Prosper Meniere described a condition which now bears his name. Meniere’s disease is a disorder of the inner ear that causes episodes of vertigo, ringing in the ears (tinnitus), a feeling of fullness or pressure in the ear, and fluctuating hearing loss. In Figure 1, the area of the ear affected is the entire labyrinth, which includes both the semicircular canals and the cochlea. What are the Symptoms of Meniere’s Disease? A typical attack of Meniere’s disease is preceded by fullness in one ear. Hearing fluctuation or changes in tinnitus may also precede an attack. A Meniere’s episode generally involves severe vertigo (spinning), imbalance, nausea and vomiting. The average attack lasts two to four hours. Following a severe attack, most people find that they are exhausted and must sleep for several hours. There is a large amount of variability in the duration of symptoms. Some people experience brief “shocks,” and others have constant unsteadiness. The majority of people with Meniere’s disease are over 4. A particularly disabling symptom is a sudden fall that may occur without warning. These are called otolithic crisis of Tumarkin, from the original description of Tumarkin (1. These are attributed to sudden mechanical deformation of the otolith organs (utricle and saccule), causing a sudden activation of vestibular reflexes. Patients suddenly feel that they are tilted or falling (although they may be straight), and bring about much of the rapid repositioning themselves. This is a very disabling symptom as it occurs without warning and can result in severe injury. Often destructive treatment (for example labyrinthectomy or vestibular nerve section) is the only way to manage this problem. See here for more information about drop attacks. Meniere’s episodes may occur in clusters; that is, several attacks may occur within a short period of time. However, years may pass between episodes. Between the acute attacks, most people are free of symptoms or note mild imbalance and tinnitus. Meniere’s disease usually starts confined to one ear but it often extends to involve both ears over time so that after 3. Meniere’s have bilateral disease (Stahle et al, 1. There is some controversy about this statistic however; some authors suggest that the prevalence of bilaterality is as low as 1. Silverstein, 1. 99. We suspect that this lower statistic is due to a lower duration of follow- up and that the 5. Other possibilities, however, are selection bias and different patterns of the disease in different countries. Silverstein suggested that 7. In most cases, a progressive hearing loss occurs in the affected ear(s). A low- frequency sensorineural pattern is commonly found initially, but as time goes on, it usually changes into either a flat loss or a peaked pattern (click here for more information about hearing testing). Although an acute attack can be incapacitating, the disease itself is not fatal. Migraines occur more frequently in patients with Meniere’s disease (Ibekwe, 2. Meniere’s patients who have associated migraines are reported to have an earlier age of disease onset and a higher rate of family history, suggesting a genetic component (Cha, 2. How Common is Meniere’s Disease? Meniere’s disease affects roughly 0. Interestingly, the Framingham study found that 2% of the population of the United States believe they have Meniere’s disease, suggesting that there is considerable chance of misdiagnosis. What Causes Meniere’s Disease? An acute attack of Meniere’s disease is generally believed to result from fluctuating pressure of the fluid within the inner ear. This is called “hydrops”. A system of membranes, called the membranous labyrinth, contains a fluid called endolymph. The membranes can become dilated like a balloon when pressure increases. One way for this to happen is when the drainage system, called the endolymphatic duct or sac is blocked. In some cases, the endolymphatic duct may be obstructed by scar tissue, or may be narrow from birth. In some cases there may be too much fluid secreted by the stria vascularis. Recently, some have pointed out that this “central hypothesis” of Meniere’s is questionable, as many normal people without Meniere’s have evidence of increased pressure in the inner ear too. Abnormally enlarged fluid pathways into the ear, such as the vestibular aqueduct or cochlear aqueduct, may also be associated with Meniere’s- like symptoms, but recent evidence is against a relationship between the cochlear aqueduct and Meniere’s disease. In a review of literature, Ciuman (2. Meniere’s. Recently, attention has been mainly focused on the immunologic function of the endolymphatic sac; thus, immune disease may contribute to a substantial percentage of Meniere’s disease. Reports of Meniere’s disease associated with thyroid autoimmune disease (Greco et al., 2. Fattori, 2. 00. 8), allergies (Banks et al., 2. Derebery and Berliner, 2. Derebery, 2. 00. 7) and elevated levels of immune complexes and activated lymphocytes (Gazquez et al., 2. Dereberry, 2. 00. Savastano, 2. 00. Other authors have studied the association of viral infection with the development of Meniere’s, but results have been conflicting (Gartner, 2. Guyot, 2. 00. 8; Pyykko, 2. Genetics appear to play a role in some patients. Several authors have reported linkage of Meniere’s disease to specific genes in some families, but this remains to be proven (Vrabec, 2. Klockars, 2. 00. 7; Lopez- Escarrez, 2. Recently, the the HLA- Cw allele was found to much higher in Meniere’s patients than controls (Khorsandi et al., 2. Franz (2. 00. 7) suggested a link between Meniere’s disease and joint disease of the jaw (temporomandibular joint), the cervical spine, Eustachian tube dysfunction, and autonomic nervous system dysfunction. For the most part, the underlying cause of Meniere’s disease is unknown. It is most often attributed to viral infections of the inner ear, head injury, a hereditary predisposition, and allergy. Meniere’s disease can cause hair cell death, as well as mechanical changes to the ear. Hair Cell Death. The periodic admixture of perilymph and endolymph often kills hair cells in the inner ear. This is a gradual process over years, but frequently resulting in unilateral functional deafness. Cochlear (hearing) hair cells are the most sensitive. Vestibular (motion sensing) hair cells seem more resilient but there is also a slow decline in the caloric response in the diseased ear over roughly 1. Stahle et al, 1. 99. Mechanical Changes. Mechanical disruption of the inner ear is also likely, with dilation of the utricle and saccule of the ear being a well- known pathological finding. The saccule may dilate so that, in later stages, it is adherent to the underside of the stapes footplate. This mechanical disruption and distortion of normal inner ear structures may result in the gradual onset of a chronic unsteadiness, even when patients are not having attacks. The periodic dilation and shrinkage of the utricle is also a reasonable explanation for periodic attacks of another inner ear disorder, BPPV. Finally, it also seems likely that there may be a rupture of the suspensory system for the membranous labyrinth. This might create some mechanical instability of the utricle and saccule and consequently some chronic unsteadiness. There is presently no evidence that Meniere’s disease kills the cochleovestibular nerve (Kitamura et al, 1. Although a recent study showed significant neural deterioration in a guinea pig model of endolymphatic hydrops, a hallmark of Meniere’s (Megerian, 2. How is Meniere’s Disease Diagnosed? Diagnosis is based on a combination of the right set of symptoms (usually episodic dizziness and hearing disturbance); hearing tests, which document that hearing is reduced after an attack, and then gets better; and exclusion of alternative causes. The differential diagnosis is broad and includes perilymph fistula, recurrent labyrinthitis, migraine, congenital ear malformations of many kinds, syphilis, tumors, Multiple Sclerosis, etc. The process of diagnosis usually includes hearing testing (audiometry), an ENG test, several blood tests (ANA, FTA), and an MRI scan of the head. Electrocochleography (ECOG) is helpful in difficult cases. Hearing tests often begin with showing a fluctuating low- frequency sensorineural hearing loss. Over years, this gradually progresses to a “peaked” pattern with both low- and high- tone reduction, and finally a “flat” pattern, typically 5. While some people have hearing that fluctuates like this without any further symptoms of dizziness or tinnitus, in most cases, this does not progress to Meniere’s disease (Schaaf et al, 2. A recent study examined the relationship between hearing fluctuation and vertigo attacks (Neill et al., 2. The studies concluded that hearing fluctuation often occurs independently of vertiginous episodes. How is Meniere’s Disease Treated? At the present time there is no cure for Meniere’s disease, but there are ways to manage the condition and help you control symptoms. Treatment for Meniere’s disease falls into the following categories: Medication. Noninvasive pressure pulse generator (Meniett Device)Surgery. Diet. Medications for an Acute Attack of Meniere’s. Medications commonly used for an acute attack include the following: Meclizine (Antivert), chewable (Bonine). Dose ranges from 1. Lorazepam (Ativan) 0. Usual dose is twice a day. This medication can be taken under the tongue. Phenergan (orally or suppository). Usual dose is 1. 2. Compazine (orally or suppository). Usual dose is 5 mg every 1. Dexamethasone (Decadron) 4 mg orally for 4 days. Medications Used Between Attacks. Diuretics. Dyazide (Triamterine/HCTZ)Vestibular Suppressants. Klonapin 0. 5 mg twice a day or as needed. Lorazepam (Ativan) 0. Diazepam (Valium) 2 mg twice a day or as needed. Meclizine (Antivert ) 1. Calcium Channel Blockers. Cottage Cheesecake recipe - All recipes UKvery good.
