Ok they're not my favourite, but last week I felt really hungry so I tried the Leon poached egg pots on the way in to work. They're so tasty it inspired me to make my own version at the weekend. TIP Mix some chopped tomatoes into baked beans to make them more tomatoey and add a good few splashes of Worcestshire sauce.
